Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Six-Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for Clear Lake Plant and Bayport 2EHA Unit operations.
• Support HES compliance, safety programs, and regulatory adherence.
• Identify and drive process improvements to maximize yields and efficiency.
• Lead or support projects within capital and MI planning portfolios.
• Assist operations during plant turnarounds and critical events.
