Job summary

Berg Pipe is seeking a Process Engineer Pipe Production for our Panama City, Florida location. You will lead continuous improvement projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement production process enhancements to increase efficiency and safety.

The role requires a engineering degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills. Heavy industrial manufacturing and statistical analysis are pluses. An on-site, full-time position with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering (Required).
• 3+ years of relevant business or project management experience (Required).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) (Required).
• Experience with statistical tools or analysis (Preferred).
• Heavy industrial manufacturing experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities
