Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Logan, Utah, is seeking a Process Engineer for PCB copper plating to drive process yield improvements and ensure product quality on site. Bachelor’s degree required; 1–5 years experience in electrochemical copper plating; strong communication and English procedure reading skills.

You will lead and train manufacturing personnel, define materials, tooling and process parameters, and collaborate with customers on process improvements and failure analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a technically related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Focus on process yield and improvement.
• Interact with customers regarding process improvement and failure analysis.
• Support manufacturing by process definition and implementation.
• Specify materials, tools, equipment (when possible), and process parameters.
• Assist in training of manufacturing personnel.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for process improvement.
