Bachelor’s degree required; 1–5 years experience in electrochemical copper plating; strong communication and English procedure reading skills.

You will lead and train manufacturing personnel, define materials, tooling and process parameters, and collaborate with customers on process improvements and failure analysis.

• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for process improvement.
