Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a Process Engineer for our International Falls, Minnesota White Paper Mill. The role provides technical and operating support to multiple departments, focusing on optimization, energy, cost savings, and process studies. Qualifications include a BS in engineering and U.S.

work authorization, plus a valid driver's license. Co-op or intern experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in engineering required (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Paper Science, or Environmental).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees in optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training.
• Assignments will include completion of projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions.
• Work to enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas.
