Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks an Environmental Engineer for our International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. The role provides technical and operating support across departments to optimize energy use, costs, and processes, with opportunities to lead projects and grow into maintenance leadership.

The position requires a BS in environmental engineering, U.S. work authorization, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• BS degree in environmental engineering required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations in optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training.
• Assignments will include completion of projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions as vacancies occur.
• Work to enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas.
