Qualifications

• Co-Op/internship or up to 2 years of professional experience in chemical/auto coating processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, productive processes per Mercedes Production System.
• Monitor process quality and troubleshoot wax/ecoating systems.
• Lead or participate in TPM, QA, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and communicate with operators and management.
