Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Process Engineer to help the company become the quality leader in its market. You will work with operations, engineering, and quality to develop repeatable processes, document work instructions, and implement test methods across the plant.

You will train operators, monitor processes, analyze data, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet aggressive quality goals. This position is located in IA-Manchester.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering discipline required.
• BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Materials/Systems Engineering desired.
• Strong mechanical background.
• PLC programming, mechanical, or electromechanical design experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document work instructions and SOPs for the facility.
• Implement test method development processes and become the facility expert on sampling, testing, evaluation, and reporting.
• Provide statistical capability analysis to evaluate equipment capabilities.
• Ensure operators are trained and perform tests correctly.
• Monitor day-to-day manufacturing processes and analyze issues to drive improvements.
• Assist with identifying solutions and lead initiatives to meet goals.
