Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Iowa. You will learn and document standard operating procedures, develop test methods, and provide data-driven analysis to improve process capability and outcomes.

You will work with operations, engineering, and quality to implement solutions on the plant floor, train operators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with CAD and PLC-related tasks is valued.

Qualifications

BS in an Engineering discipline required
Strong mechanical background
PLC programming, Mechanical, or Electromechanical design experience helpful

Responsibilities

Learn and document work instructions and standard operating procedures at the facility.
Develop and implement test method development processes for sampling, testing, evaluation and communication of results.
Provide statistical capability analysis to evaluate short-term and long-term capabilities of equipment.
Assist with training operators and ensuring tests are performed correctly.
Perform day-to-day monitoring of manufacturing processes and analyze issues on the plant floor.
Identify solutions and lead initiatives to reach the facility's goals.
Develop personal expertise in manufacturing processes through factory training.
