Valence Surface Technologies is seeking an engineer with a background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering to support process setup and optimization. The role emphasizes CAD and blueprint reading skills and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

You will review customer specs, manage first article qualification, and coordinate with planning and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to specifications. This role is onsite at our facility and offers comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

Mechanical or aerospace engineering background required.
1–2 years of related industry experience preferred.
Strong CAD and blueprint reading skills required.

Mansioni

Review customer specifications and set up new processes or identify gaps with current practices.
Coordinate process optimization including tooling throughput and cost analysis for paint packages.
Oversee first article qualification for timing, pricing and engineering accuracy.
Schedule all new customer orders/packages and create detailed work orders.
Develop and revise internal processing procedures and quality work instructions for QC tests.
