Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a complex manufacturing process.
• Ability to understand complex process flow and machinery.
• Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO14001 EMS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing processes to identify trends and provide solutions.
• Develop or maintain performance indicators.
• Perform root cause analysis on process issues.
• Lead improvement projects in the facility.
• Report on process changes and improvements weekly.
