Job summary

Corteva Agriscience LLC is seeking a full-time Process Engineer in Valdosta, GA to coach the Formulation and Packaging team and optimize EH&S throughput and product quality. The role emphasizes process improvement, equipment reliability, and cost performance within the plant setting.

Required are a Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years’ related experience, plus Lean Six Sigma credentials. Domestic travel up to 10% may be involved.

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and 3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize plant operations and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Understand process technology, equipment, and control systems.
  • Apply continuous improvement and troubleshooting to production challenges.
  • Collaborate with plant personnel to meet production, cost, and quality goals.
  • Lead root cause investigations to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Participate in and lead Operational Excellence initiatives in the plant.
  • Translate EH&S policies into practical on-site implementations.
  • Scope and implement small projects and act as a project representative.
