Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is hiring a full-time Process Engineer based in Valdosta, GA. The role focuses on coaching the Formulation and Packaging team, improving EH&S throughput, product quality, equipment reliability, and cost performance.

You will own process improvements, lead root-cause investigations, and guide Operational Excellence projects to meet production goals. Required qualifications include a Master’s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of related experience, plus Lean

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Optimize plant operations and develop high performing operations team.
• Understand process technology, equipment and control technology.
• Use continuous improvement and troubleshooting methods to resolve production challenges.
• Work with plant personnel to optimize operations and meet business goals.
• Lead root cause investigations to prevent recurrence of unplanned events.
• Participate in and lead Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Quality and EH&S policies and translate them into plant practices.
