Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant process engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Data-driven problem solving and strong documentation skills.
• CAD proficiency (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and GD&T knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement, evaluate, and control manufacturing processes to deliver consistent product quality.
• Support new product introduction and technology transfer to operations.
• Develop process methodologies and training materials for knowledge transfer.
• Establish maintenance plans for processes and equipment to maximize uptime.
• Conduct root cause analyses to resolve process issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to qualify new materials and equipment.
• Participate in design reviews focusing on manufacturability and GD&T.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams for prototypes and validation.
• Suggest design improvements to reduce production costs.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to meet delivery commitments.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders across functions.
• Contribute to team training and onboarding.
• Support a safe work environment and safety compliance.
• Engage in continuous improvement and process technology roadmaps.
