Job summary

Rozgoo in Houston seeks an engineer to improve and support Configure to Order processes. The role is in-office hybrid with night shifts. You will implement ECOs/DEVs and maintain SOPs, support the NPI process, and collaborate with IT to develop and maintain the SFC system.

Exempt FLSA status and reporting to the Engineering Manager indicate a senior, hands-on position focused on documentation, process improvements, and cross-functional support within a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, rework instructions, and ECO/DEV documentation.
• Ability to support NPIs and perform DFX analysis to optimize designs.
