Job summary

As a Process Engineer, you will work with cross‑functional teams to support production operations, NPI, process improvements, and manufacturing documentation on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of engineering internship/coop/full-time experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work on the production floor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by developing, implementing, and improving production processes.
• Participate in New Product Introduction activities including documentation review, process validation, and production readiness assessments.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation: Work Instructions Process Flow Diagrams Routing Configuration Assembly Procedures Packaging Instructions.
• Assist with BOM validation and shop floor manufacturing system setup.
• Analyze production performance data and identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and throughput improvements.
• Support ECO/ECN implementation and corrective actions.
• Conduct time studies and assist with labor and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, and Program Management teams to support production goals.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Present project updates and improvement recommendations to engineering and operations teams.
• Travel occasionally to other Hyve locations for training, project support, or business needs.

As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production operations, new product introductions (NPI), process improvements, and manufacturing documentation. This role is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to develop technical expertise and gain hands‑on experience in advanced manufacturing and data center technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing operations by assisting with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of production processes.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including documentation review, process validation, and production readiness assessments.

• Support Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation activities.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, and Program Management teams to support production goals.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Present project updates and improvement recommendations to engineering and operations teams.
• Travel occasionally to other Hyve locations for training, project support, or business needs.
