Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support production operations, NPI, and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role offers hands-on experience with high‑volume server and data center manufacturing, cross‑functional collaboration, and Lean initiatives, with mentorship from experienced leaders and opportunities to develop skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial or Mechanical preferred).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of standard product development processes.
• Knowledge of DFx.
• PFMEA and Six Sigma knowledge desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve operational problems to maintain smooth operations.
• Create, validate, and document manufacturing processes (MPI/SOP).
• Manage BOMs and routing in SFCS systems.
• Maintain the Shop Floor Control System (SFCS).
• Coordinate ECO/ECN/MCO phase‑in/cut‑in.
• Develop and maintain the floor stock BOM.
• Control Manufacturing Notice and Process Alert Documentation.
• Provide production training in MPI.
• Provide status reports to core team managers.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean.
• Collaborate with QE/TE/PM on quality objectives.

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production operations, new product introductions (NPI), process improvements, and manufacturing documentation. This role is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to develop technical expertise and gain hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing and data center technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve operational problems, including equipment issues, material variances, and production bottlenecks, to maintain smooth operations.
• Create, validate, and document manufacturing processes (MPI/SOP)
• Manage BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure accurate routing setup in SFCS systems
• Manage and maintain the Shop Floor Control System (SFCS).
• Coordinate ECO/ECN/MCO phase‑in/cut‑in process
• Develop and maintain the floor stock BOM.
• Control Manufacturing Notice and Process Alert Documentation
• Responsible for production training in the areas of MPI.
• Provide detailed status reports to internal core team managers.
• Perform continuous improvement using the Lean program
• Collaborate with production teams to address Process/quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with QE/TE/PM to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements (Minimum) Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Industrial or Mechanical).
• Preferred Skills Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Understanding of standard product development processes
• Knowledge of DFx
• Understanding of PFMEA, Six Sigma processes are highly desirable
• Proficient in MS/Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
