Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in metallurgy or materials science is required.
Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with focus on process improvement and new product development.
Strong laboratory skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide metallurgical, technical and scientific expertise to drive product and process improvements.
Lead transfer of process improvements and new products to Manufacturing.
Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions; ensure safety and quality integration.
Generate reports and communicate process engineering activities to stakeholders.
Support customers and internal teams with technical review of specifications and corrective actions.
