Job summary

Kymera International seeks a Process Engineer to drive metallurgical process improvements and develop new products. You will lead applied research, contribute to transfer of technology to Manufacturing, and ensure alignment with safety and quality systems.

The role requires strong problem-solving and project leadership, with experience in molten metals or powders and a solid foundation in SPC methods.

Qualifications

• BS in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering or a similar science major.
• 3 - 7 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, with emphasis on process improvement and new product development.
• Experience in molten/hot metals or powders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and new product development projects.
• Transfer of technology to Manufacturing and support for equipment/resource changes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and Workstation Procedures; ensure safety and quality system integration.
