Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Ceramics, Chemical or Materials Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in screen printing and metallization processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scale up processes to full scale production.
• Oversee manufacturing to improve product/process quality.
• Lead projects to optimize materials, products and procedures.
• Use SPS and PCS methodologies to resolve complex issues and reduce variation.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and process improvement across projects.
