Job summary

Intersurgical Inc. is a global leader innovating in airway devices and respiratory care. We seek a Process Engineer in Indianapolis to design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes and equipment for respiratory medical devices and components.

You will partner with multiple departments to improve quality and efficiency, support molding and assembly teams, and train staff while maintaining thorough verification and documentation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Technical school or 2-3 years related experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with plastic injection molding is required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes and equipment for devices.
• Collaborate with departments to support new products and processes.
• Review processes to boost quality and efficiency.
• Create and review process documentation and procedures.
• Support equipment maintenance and fixture testing; train staff.
