Job summary

Koch-Glitsch LP is seeking an experienced Process Engineer at our Wichita, KS location to support mass transfer equipment solutions. You will engage with customers to define technical requirements, coordinate with sales and engineering teams, and ensure specifications are met from launch to installation, including hydraulic calculations and simulations.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering or related field.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or plant operations.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide value-based, technical solutions for customer needs.
Coordinate with multiple businesses to meet customer specifications.
Coordinate quoting efforts with customers and internal teams.
Own processes from launch to completion, including hydraulic calculations and simulations.
Interact with customers to refine solutions.
Ensure equipment is built to specification with execution teams.
Develop tools to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
