Koch-Glitsch, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for our Wichita, KS location to support mass transfer equipment projects including trays and packed towers. You will deliver value-based technical solutions by engaging with customers and coordinating across sales, engineering, procurement, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
Engineering, manufacturing, or plant operations experience.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Determine and anticipate customer expectations to provide value-based, technical solutions.
Coordinate with Koch Engineered Solutions to meet customer needs.
Coordinate quoting with customers, sales, estimators, and procurement.
Own processes from launch to completion, including hydraulic calculations and simulations.
Interact with customers to refine solutions as needs arise.
Ensure equipment is built to customer specs with the execution team.
Develop tools to improve knowledge sharing within the process engineering team.
