Job summary

Koch-Glitsch is seeking an experienced Process Engineer at our Wichita, KS location to support mass transfer equipment projects. You will develop innovative technical solutions for trayed and packed tower applications, collaborating with sales, engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure on-time, high-value customer outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, strong engineering experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
Engineering, manufacturing, or plant operations experience.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide value-based technical solutions addressing customer needs.
Coordinate with Koch Engineered Solutions businesses to meet customer needs.
Coordinate quoting with customers, sales, estimators, equipment engineering, purchasing, project management, and manufacturing.
Own processes from launch to completion, including hydraulic calculations and simulations.
Interact with customers to refine solutions for varying needs.
Ensure equipment execution aligns with customer specs and expectations.
Develop tools to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
