Job summary
Knauf North America is seeking a Process Engineer to monitor cold-end processes in Lanett, Alabama. The role involves analyzing manufacturing data, identifying process bottlenecks, and executing projects to improve productivity. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Ceramic Engineering and at least two years of experience in Process Engineering. Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
Knowledge of chemistry related to glass, binder, and washwater is desired.

Monitor and control cold-end processes including curing, sizing, facing, and packaging.
Identify process bottlenecks through time studies.
Execute projects to fulfill department goals in cost reduction and productivity gains.
