Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Process Engineer to drive strategic projects across current and future locations. You will identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes to optimize manufacturing and commercialization of new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Process, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or related role.
• Good oral and written communication skills, team oriented, dynamic and autonomous.
• Significant interaction with manufacturing facilities is required.
• P&ID knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and plan projects, in collaboration with manufacturing team, involving major production activities (plant tests and commercialization of new products).
• Control and administrate budgets and timelines
• Partner with plant managers to design and implement capital projects
• Partner with contractors to define scope, budget, and timelines
• Prepare project approval and justification documents
• Identify, research, and adapt machine and equipment design to accommodate factory and production improvements including preparation of cost justification and capital request documents.
• Lead and drive projects with significant productivity and cost reduction impacts.
• Study and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and sequence of operations aimed at lowering manufacturing costs.
