• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years in manufacturing/process engineering in production.
• Proven PM experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Strong background optimizing production processes, equipment, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Optimize PTFE compounding, extrusion, and related processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Analyze manufacturing data to drive process stability and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE on cross-functional initiatives.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and DOE tools to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Evaluate new technologies and automation to enhance performance.
