Job summary

Terberg Taylor Americas is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and sustain manufacturing and assembly processes. You will lead Lean initiatives, support new product introductions, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, time studies, standardization, and continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, automotive, or related field.
3-5 years of manufacturing/process engineering or continuous improvement experience preferred.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies preferred.
Experience supporting new product introductions and production process implementation.
Experience in assembly/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, implement, and maintain manufacturing and assembly processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, rework, downtime, and costs.
Support cross-functional projects for process improvements, tooling upgrades, and new product introductions.
Improve first-time-right manufacturing quality through standardization and error-proofing.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
Support training, safety, and environmental compliance as needed.
Organize cross-functional communication and reporting for leadership.
