Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma – preferably Green Belt.
• Familiar with Lean tools, i.e., 5S, SMED, Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in process development and improvement.
• Monitor and analyze production downtime causes.
• Lead Process Improvement meetings with operators.
• Formulate cost and expenditure estimates for projects.
• Ensure operator safety through best engineering practices.
