Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Experience in industrial manufacturing or process engineering preferred.
Strong understanding of plant operations, process systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and regulations.
Track process parameters and equipment performance; analyze data for optimization.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Environmental, Quality, and Sales teams to troubleshoot and improve product quality.
Develop, implement, and validate process control points and operating procedures.
Support design, development, and installation of new equipment and processes.
Assist in regulatory inspections and ensure compliance of plant systems.
