Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a qualified Process Engineer for our Medford, Wisconsin facility. You will work with production, product development, customer service, and sales to improve processes and equipment.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, layout design, and cross‑facility process integration to optimize window and door production. Candidates should have an engineering degree and 2–5 years’ manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred (mechanical/manufacturing).
• 2–5 years' experience in manufacturing discipline.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide engineering support for continuous improvement and new product development across production processes and equipment.
• Improve process information, cross-site integration, lean manufacturing, layout, and material handling.
• Collaborate with design engineering and production to optimize window and door manufacturing methods.
