Job summary

• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for continuous improvement and new product development.
• Specify production equipment and coordinate installation/modification.
• Integrate processes across multiple facilities.
• Design and acquire fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
• Improve material handling and production methods for windows/doors.
• Collaborate with design engineering, production, and sales as needed.
