Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical equivalence in a related field is required.
• 2+ years supporting manufacturing or production operations.
• Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for daily production operations and processes.
• Analyze performance to improve efficiency, throughput, and cycle time.
• Lead or support continuous improvement focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues.
• Support tooling, molds, and process improvements to maximize output.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in evaluating equipment and automation opportunities for productivity.
