Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Proficient math skills for basic calculations.
• Proficient use of PC and networked environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform all 1st shot samples at the manufacturing plant and approve handoff for Launch group.
• Program robots, build EOAT and troubleshoot problems.
• Develop, optimize, and document new/improved processes to support manufacturing.
• Identify, review, and recommend new technologies to meet business goals.
• Develop and support continuous improvement plans.
• Troubleshoot complex process, tool, and machine issues.
