Job summary
Clarion Technologies in Garland, TX is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing through development and optimization of new products and processes. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience.
- Able to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Basic math skills required for procedures and measurements.
- Proficient computer usage in a network environment.
- Knowledge of advanced engineering concepts and plastics tech.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform 1st shot samples and hand off to production for Launch group.
- Program robots, assemble EOAT and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop, optimize, and document new/improved processes.
- Identify and adopt new technologies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and support continuous improvement plans.
- Troubleshoot complex process, tool, and machine issues.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and operations.
- Update process monitoring documents to meet production needs.
- Participate in Launch meetings and review tool drawings, DFMs.
- Initiate internal problem solving/improvement activities.
