Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Process Engineer Intern/Co-Op to help continuously improve manufacturing processes, safety, quality, and efficiency in the plant, aligning priorities with the company direction.

This hands-on role involves project management, needs analysis, design reviews, testing, implementation, validation, and ongoing support of systems solutions, with opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally and gain practical engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year engineering program.
• Solid MS Office skills and experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong technical and mechanical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements via process control, work standards, training, and SPC.
• Support equipment modifications to improve safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Write and update procedures, calibration instructions, and work instructions.
• Lead projects and report progress using structured engineering methods.
• Maintain lab spaces and 3D print lab operations.
