Echo Global Logistics, Inc. invites you to join its HR internship in Chicago. As an Echo Trailblazer, you’ll work on real projects, learn from HR professionals, and gain hands-on experience across the HR function.

This 10-week paid program starts May 24, 2027, with a hybrid schedule in our Chicago office; you’ll collaborate with teams, build project management and communication skills, and explore potential full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR team on a capstone project and assist with HR requests.
• Assist with Handshake recruiting campaigns and internship programs.
• Support social media campaigns and other HR initiatives.
• Shadow team members across departments as needed.

The Echo Trailblazers internship gives you the confidence, community, and communication skills needed to forge a new path. As a member of the Echo Global Logistics team, you'll work on real-world projects, learn from logistics legends, and work toward a common goal: simplifying transportation for our clients and carriers.

You will be on the road to success as an Echo Trailblazer! As a HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and have daily projects to work on and grow your HR skills. No 2 days will be the same throughout the summer for you, as you will receive first hand experience of working within a growing HR team.

Responsibilities & Job Duties

Partner with the specified HR team on a capstone project Research and assist with requests related to HR projects Projects may include assisting with Handshake recruiting campaigns , assisting and executing with internship programs, assist with social media campaigns, and more! Opportunity to shadow individuals within different departments Be willing to complete additional tasks that arise within the HR team

Requirements

• Must be able to start May 24th, 2027 and complete the entire 10 week program
• Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship
• Able to work in our Chicago office 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week
• No major or GPA requirements
