Ingredion is seeking a Process Engineer to join our North Kansas City team. You will develop innovative solutions and determine efficient manufacturing processes to fabricate high‑quality products, meeting strict quality and cost standards.

You will lead process improvements, support safety initiatives, and drive cost reduction while maintaining production goals. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous learning in a fast‑paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in executing projects or process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Executing projects (budget/schedule, supervise construction, train personnel, startup) up to $10M or as part of a project team.
• Provide technical support to plant safety professional on safety initiatives during process design/ redesign.
• Troubleshooting, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing action plans and follow‑ups.
