Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited program is required.
• Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or production engineering experience.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and output.
• Troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime and boost productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, waste reduction, and quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Support process integration with various teams to achieve production goals.
• Assist with new product introductions, process validation, and scale-up.
