Fralock is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize PCB manufacturing processes with emphasis on lithography, substrate prep, coating, lamination, and UV exposure. You will partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Product Engineering to improve yield, throughput, and cost while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong documentation, data analysis, and DOE/CFMEA expertise, with exposure to ISO/IPC standards.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience presenting technical and project information to different audiences.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and manufacturing documents.
• Experience in photolithography operations.
• Experience with DOE and process validation.
• Data analysis to track KPIs and CpK.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000/13485, AS9100, IPC standards.
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for multilayer PCB lithography operations.
• Lead NPI by evaluating capital equipment and performing ROI analyses.
• Develop and qualify new processes using DOE, CpK, and PFMEA.
• Improve production methods focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Sustain output by analyzing yield losses and CAPA.
• Support audits (internal, customer, regulatory).
