Job summary

Brady Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer within the Materials R&D group in Wisconsin. You will contribute hands-on process engineering for new product development, including compounding, web coating, handling, and slitting operations.

The role involves developing processes, improving quality, and collaborating with production and management to drive projects through Stage Gate processes. A Bachelor's in physical sciences or engineering and 2–4 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences or Engineering required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant industrial product or process development experience.
  • Exposure to DFSS tools such as design of experiments and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Perform process development and scale up activities for new product development.
  • Conduct process improvement and custom product developments with floor staff and operations management.
  • Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support data-driven decisions on research projects delivering business results.
  • Work in cross-functional teams to support Stage Gate processes.
  • Execute experiments to evaluate and optimize performance or process attributes.
