Qualifications

• Self-starter that takes initiative to complete tasks with little supervision.
• Experience writing shop planning preferred.
• Experience working with composite materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and instill a strong safety culture in daily operations.
• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Support manufacturing operations including composite manufacturing.
