Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work nonstandard hours and/or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, develop and optimize production processes to improve quality, reduce cost, product flow and process capabilities.
• Reduce process variation caused by equipment and/or product design.
• Research and design/purchase equipment for new and existing processes.
• Participate in the product/equipment launch process through process development.
• Perform and oversee problem solving activities, focused on root cause and corrective actions.
• Interface with other departments to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop control plans, FMEA, process flow charts and assembly drawings.
