Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and align engineering workflows.
• Coordinate cross-team integration and project teams to ensure PI adoption.
• Develop and lead assessment plans and coordinate assessment teams.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on process improvement.
• Provide IT systems support and operational input to projects.
