Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of manufacturing, test, automation, or production equipment.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
• Develop deployment schedules and manage project timelines to meet operational requirements.
• Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Validate equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce non-value-added activities.
