Job summary

You will drive capital expansion, startup readiness, and long‑term operational excellence, while building process models, guiding RCCA and Six Sigma tools, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience applying process engineering principles in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site point of contact for a new production asset during construction, installation, and startup.
• Provide technical leadership and plant integration to ensure seamless transition from project execution to operations.
• Support equipment commissioning, startup readiness, and operational validation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with plant standards.
• Act as process owner once the asset is operational, achieving targets for output, quality, and safety.
