Johns Manville is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the introduction and ownership of a new production asset, bridging project teams and plant operations during construction, installation, and startup.
You will drive capital expansion, startup readiness, and long‑term operational excellence, while building process models, guiding RCCA and Six Sigma tools, and promoting a strong safety culture.

$94,100.00 – $129,400.00 Annual. This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The Process Engineer plays a critical leadership role in the expansion of a growing manufacturing facility. This position serves as the primary technical and operational liaison between project teams and plant operations during the introduction of a new major production asset, and then transitions into full process ownership once operational.
