Position Overview

BAE Systems is seeking a Process Engineer II to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Merrimack, New Hampshire facility. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams and adapting to a dynamic production environment, offering an exciting opportunity to influence production success and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing support, process development, and continuous improvement for the Advanced Composites Manufacturing factory.
• Utilize hands-on problem solving, data analysis, and apply engineering, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles to enhance assembly processes, product flow, yields, and reduce costs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of engineering/manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience in composite manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• PPV FAI.
• Experience in a DoD manufacturing environment.
• Secret Clearance.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $77,809 - $132,275. Salaries are determined by factors including market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
