This position is responsible for designing and implementing process-oriented solutions and ensuring adequate change management and adoption across all levels of the organization. This role involves driving results, supporting teammates, analyzing data, solving problems, and managing optimization projects to improve organizational processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage process models and procedures; serve as SME; monitor KPIs; report on metrics; identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with operations to identify opportunities and structure work streams.
• Lead sessions to set process direction and facilitate change.
• Design and implement process solutions; oversee junior team members.
• Align cross-functional teams; escalate risks.
• Train and support production teams on process changes.
• Measure process improvements and ROI.
• Build relationships internally and externally to ensure success.
• Provide reporting for regulatory and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

Required:

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a Process Engineer leading teams.
• Certified or pursuing Six Sigma Black Belt.
• 6+ years in banking, financial services, or related industry.
• Experience with optimization projects and data analysis.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Deep knowledge of financial institutions and regulations.
• Certified Project Management Professional.
