Job summary

Ideal for an early-career engineer with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, you will work with operators and engineering teams to deliver measurable savings and practical solutions that impact daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and continuous improvement concepts.
• CAD or SolidWorks experience with design documentation.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects.
• Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes.
