The Gund Company is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer I to learn and apply engineering fundamentals in a manufacturing setting. The Process Engineer I is an entry-level engineering role focused on learning and applying engineering fundamentals within a manufacturing environment. This position supports continuous improvement efforts, assists with process optimization and troubleshooting, and works under the guidance of senior engineers and/or plant leadership on department- or value stream-level projects. The role emphasizes execution and implementation while building technical, manufacturing, and Lean process knowledge.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Travel is not required.
